Directions: Mouse over to hear the pelican and see a fish flopping, then click down and release to hear him choke and see the fish flop to safety. I've also programmed this to be "played" as on a keyboard using the keys "z", "x", "c", "v", "b", "n", "m" and "," so play away!

"Fish Flop" is a project exploring the interactivity and scripting capabilities of Adobe Director. Our goal was to create an instrument from uncommon objects. We were also to take sounds into Audacity and modify the pitch. This created the eight notes of the octave. Everything you see in the animation I created in Maya: background, water, pelicans, fish. All of the programming was done in Adobe Director, using sprites and several film loops.
